The cost of UK Standard Delivery is £7, and your order will be sent via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.
Some areas of the country may attract additional delivery charges due to their more remote locations.
Some items are delivered directly from our suppliers and may take longer to arrive, usually 5 days, but sometimes up to 15 working days.

For third-party supplier orders, you may be contacted by the supplier approximately 48 hours prior to delivery.

As soon as your order is dispatched by our team, you will receive a message confirming that it’s on its way, along with a tracking number if applicable.

You may return most items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover the return shipping cost if the return is a result of an error on our end.
Please note that we are unable to exchange items unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We cannot accept returns for certain items, including:
- Any item returned more than 28 days after delivery.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, has been damaged, or is missing parts.
